Walgreens Balance Changes

  1. Provides updates and changes that have been made (or will be made) in relation to the Walgreens Balance Reward program
  2. The changes are based on customer feedback

One of the major complaints was that the Balance Reward Program should be the same for every member and special offers for certain regions of the country should be banned.  Walgreens listened and no longer allow special discount prescription programs in Austin, Milwaukee, Cleveland and Nashville PLUS the 10 points per $1 spent on over-the-counter products offer in the states of Arkansas, New Jersey and New York have been cancelled.
